to lodge their company profiles and any number of placement vacancy profiles in
more and more languages on our globally interactive Search Facility, in future multilingually.
- Employers so registered with www.practical-experience.com
are then continuously
alerted to look online at those applications from your students, which match the
employer's placement offer criteria. This result of our unique matching facility
enables the employers to focus on fewer pre-sorted applications, providing all and
only the information relevant for the employer. These applicant profiles will be
in a format, which the employers can choose to suit them best for quick prelimiminary
assesments, before making personal contact with the applicants.
- Employers interested in a profile can then contact the applicant directly, unless
the applicant has expressly excluded certain categories of, or individual, host-employers,
or stipulates that you should be the first point of contact. (Note: this may delay
the matching process and possibly cause opportunities to be missed).
- Dependent upon how much responsibility your establishment wants – or needs
– to assume for students’ placement choices, you can participate in
communications between prospective host-employers and applicants to ascertain the
credibility and legality of the offered practical work place.
- One–to-one telephone conversations/informal interviews can either begin immediately
or be scheduled, when both sides can simultaneously view each others' profiles on
their screens
- Note that employers can opt for additional, customized promotions of their placement
vacancies to their selection of Education Establishments (HEE) from our database.
This selection can include your Establishment. Simply confirm in your registration
that you wish to receive such employers' general placement offers for dissemination
to your students.
- www.practical-experience.com intends to maintain two-way communication with you,
as we are interested in receiving your feedback on how we can improve our service
to you and your students. You can delegate this communication to one or more of
your student bodies or its associations. In our experience, the student community
is very capable in handling such matters for its own group interest.
- Following your free registration you can keep your students aware of our facility.
- Within the first and each further 60 days, applicants must refresh their profiles
at least once to keep them live This should eliminate stale, or obsolete applications.
- Please e-mail us with your news, views and enquiries also for specific co-operation
proposals with other HEE globally. We shall then publish this, together with similar
information from other EE around the world, combining them with forums for specific
interest group. Your comments at this stage of rapid development of this service
